Anyone that is in poverty, regardless of your race, a Christian, an active member of The Wise Men Group, and a member of The Bridge, is a candidate to open a Double Portions account. You must receive SNAP or Food Stamp benefits. This will be verified by uploading a copy of your Card to us to verify. Memberships in The Wise Men Group and The Bridge will also be validated. The minimum to open an account is $50. We ask that you not touch the money for a week or until your debit card arrives to give it time to mature.
