Every Black American Citizen that is a Christian, an active member of The Wise Men Group, and a member of The Bridge, is a candidate to open a Double Portions account. You're license must state that you are black and the name on your license must match the name on the account. Only 1 license per account. License Numbers will be validated. Memberships in The Wise Men Group and The Bridge will also be validated. 
The minimum to open an account is $50. We ask that you not touch the money for a week or until your debit card arrives to give it time to mature.
